Seaview Downs Primary School Redevelopment

The whole of campus redevelopment is based on contemporary education pedagogical philosophies including a central community hub of shared functions, with adjacent junior and senior school general learning areas arranged along informal learning circulation spines. The project will improve the street presence of the school and connectivity to the community to make a positive statement of public education. The elevated campus overlooks distant ocean views and all the new facilities are located on the upper terrace to capitalise on the views and enable ease of access between functions. Inspired by the sea shore and the immediate natural environment, the colour pallette both externally and internally, includes hues of blues, greens and whites.
