The proposed Consumer & Business Services Fitout project at 95 Grenfell Street presented a unique opportunity to address key accommodation issues including provisions for future growth, workplace efficiency, improved facilities for customer service and staff security. Relocation of the Marriage Room to the ground floor adjacent a redeveloped & pedestrian friendly Chesser Street created a greater sense of accession and enhanced community engagement opportunities.

MPH focused on consolidating and improving customer interface on the ground floor by refreshing the public perception of CBS & provide the mechanism for greater connectivity & access for a diverse range of consumers, traders & businesses in SA.
