Originally constructed in the 1990s,the 139 Frome Street building has been transformed into a contemporary and welcoming workplace for the Lutheran Church of Australia and NewZealand (LCANZ). The redevelopment consolidates multiple functional units into one central location, enhancing collaboration, service delivery and community engagement while raising the church’s profile within the broader community. A central interconnected stair encourages interaction and connection between levels, fostering teamwork and a sense of unity. The project includes upgraded amenities, end-of-trip facilities, and DDA-compliant services, complemented by enhanced finishes and exposed services with feature lighting that revitalise the building’s character and supports LCANZ’s inclusive, future-focused mission.
