Grenfell Centre Office Tower

The existing tower was extensively refurbished and expanded to improve lettable area, amenity, and attract tenants. Two new double-height retail “cubes” with a glazed canopy were added, framing and strengthening the tower’s sense of arrival and street presence, enhancing both the building’s functionality and visual appeal.
