The co-location of DEWNR/GISA and their Minister into 81 Waymouth St was the ideal time to reinvigorate a tired base building whilst providing a new dynamic and flexible workplace in line with SA Government standards. Several agencies from various locations with differing functions and requirements were co-located. A fresh, tailored, welcoming environment was achieved, relying on texture, contrast and a subtle use of colour. The fitout also achieved a Greenstar rating.
