After AGD initiated the transition to predominately open plan from traditional office-bound workplace, MPH was challenged to create an environment unlike any other in SA. A dynamic space was created, balancing confidentiality, operational flexibility, and professional integrity. The final workplace solution involved intensive consultation and prototyping to arrive at a workstation design that was suitable for varying workstyles and task-orientated staff.
