60 Flinders Street Upgrade, Adelaide
As a result of Santos relinquishing some space on the upper levels and a new lease agreement, MPH were involved in the full refurbishment and upgrade of the ground floor foyer including the provision for a Tapas Bar outlet and an EOT facility at the rear of the ground floor. The contemporary design included a number of collaborative spaces that could be shared by both tenants and visitors. Upgrade scope also included a cosmetic refit of all toilet facilities on upper levels.
