HASS

The creation of the HASS college front provides new spaces to interact, mentor, consult and socialise. The fitout was staged over 2 levels and involved decanting of staff and teaching spaces, gutting of existing, new base building works, new lift installation and fitout of spaces whilst the remaining adjoining spaces remained occupied. Working closely with the project manager, managing contractor and stakeholders was critical to the success of the project and minimising disruption during construction. Particular care was taken to ensure teaching and student spaces were not taken ‘offline’ and that safe access and egress throughout the campus was maintained.
