After AGD initiated the transition to predominately open plan from traditional office-bound workplace, the challenge was to create an environment unlike any other developed in SA. The final workplace solution involved intensive consultation, workshops and prototyping to arrive at a workstation design that was suitable for varying workstyles and task-orientated staff.
